III. ORDERS

Orders must be received in writing via the internet by completing and sending the relevant Order Form available on the website www.leo-carell.com . Your order is considered received from the moment you receive relevant notification of the order status. Order status updates appear on the user's screen and are sent by e-mail to the contact email address registered by the user. During the processing of each registered order, the stock availability of the products you ordered is also confirmed. The listed prices of various products displayed on the website pages include the legal VAT. In addition to the retail cost, each user/customer also pays the transportation cost, when applicable, the amount of which will be announced before the final submission of their order. The prices of the online store may change at any time without notice. Various product offers are valid until stock depletion.

IV. PAYMENT METHOD

Leo Carell does not process or store any credit card information. All credit card transactions are performed in National Bank of Greece's secure platform accepting Visa, Mastercard and Maestro cards. If you click on "Authorize Payment" you are confirming that the card belongs to you.

V. CANCELLATIONS AND ORDER DELIVERY

We only accept returns within 15 days of the order's delivery date. There is no refund for your purchase, only a code that will be sent with the same value to do another purchase.

For all orders we cooperate with Elta Courier for Greece's orders and DHL for worldwide orders.

Mind that orders shipped outside of the EU (European Union) will be subject to custom taxes and duties. This cost is in the responsibility of the customer and is payable when delivered to you.

www.leo-carell.com provides no warranty nor guarantees suitability of sold products for any specific purpose.

The online store www.leo-carell.com can provide no guarantee for product availability, but guarantees timely notification of end consumers in case of their unavailability.
